Enica was established in 2006 with the goal of combining professional energy and water saving consultancy experience with metering data to create a turnkey delivery service for reducing our client’s consumption.

Senior Management Team

David Harden BSc. MSc. MCIBSE

Director

David is a Certified ESOS Lead Assessor, Carbon Trust accredited consultant and a CIBSE accredited ISO5001 and Low Carbon Consultant providing building energy operations and energy saving advice but specialising in metering systems, BMS, monitoring and targeting (M&T) and energy metering bureau. He heads Enica’s metering products division and leads the metering system installation team and is also a Tridium Niagara Certified engineer. David has also been responsible for designing several of Enica's metering products in a bid to make metering more cost effective and easier to install

Bryan Mullen BSc (Hons). M.IMECH.E. C.ENG

Director

With over 40 years experience in the building services sector, including working for Government, NHS and as an independent consultant, Bryan heads Enica’s consultancy services and is also a Carbon Trust accredited consultant. Bryan’s technical experience ranges from identification of simple energy saving opportunities through to complex building services design.
